Prism fluttered her wings in agreement, the air humming with the tension of their unspoken pact. But the Arena was no place for mere shows of bravery. As they prepared to face the trial, the ground beneath them stirred. From the earth arose the Guardian of the Arena, a spectral entity, twisted and gnarled like the ancient trees surrounding them.
